Setting up your family?

Start on the Household-OS home page. Enter your name and email, and we'll send your private setup link. The guide will explain Apple Family Sharing if you use screen-time controls.

Sign in to open your family's Household-OS. If you forget your parent password, use password recovery.

Tell us what happened

Tell us what you were doing, which device you used, and what happened. Don't send passwords, device passcodes, or children's private information.

Safety or privacy concern

Put “Safety” or “Privacy” in the subject line so we can prioritize it. You can also ask us to delete the setup request linked to your email.
