Good to know before you start.
Do I need a new display?
No dedicated display is required. A supported child iPhone or iPad is needed for native screen-time controls. A household board can run on a compatible tablet.
Does it work with Android?
The first native screen-time release is Apple-first. Android enforcement is outside the initial launch.
Does a co-parent have to join?
No. Start with the routine in your own household. A linked second home can be added when both households are ready.
Is this surveillance?
No. The product is designed to make expectations and outcomes clear. Parents choose the routine; the child can see what is happening and why.
