What the setup form collects

When an adult requests setup, we collect their name, email, and campaign information. We use it to create their setup link, respond to their request, and learn which outreach reaches interested families.

Optional advertising analytics

If you select “Allow analytics,” we use Meta Pixel, Meta's Conversions API, and Google Ads measurement to track page visits and setup requests. This may include browser identifiers, the referring ad, device and browser details, your IP address, and, for Meta, a one-way hashed copy of your email. Select “No thanks” to keep advertising analytics off in that browser.

Essential site measurement

We record basic events such as page views, demo plays, get-started clicks, and completed forms. These records use a random browser ID and campaign details, not your name. They help us keep setup working and see where families get stuck. This measurement does not load Meta or Google advertising tools.

How information is used and shared

Our hosting provider stores setup requests. We send the request to the Household-OS app to create your private setup link. Meta and Google receive advertising data only when you allow it. We do not sell setup request information.

Children's information

The setup form is for adults. Don't enter a child's personal information.

Choices and questions

Change your analytics choice any time through “Analytics choices” in the footer. To ask about a setup request, have it deleted, or raise a privacy question, email help@household-os.com.
